Hargreaves Lansdown, a financial services firm, is currently facing technical difficulties on both its website and app. These issues are affecting clients’ ability to carry out transactions and access various services. The company reassured users that all client assets and data are secure, emphasizing that there is no evidence of any cyber incident or breach.

Apologizing for the inconvenience caused, Hargreaves Lansdown stated that they are actively working to restore their services promptly. Clients have expressed frustration on social media platforms, with some considering switching to alternative stockbrokers due to the ongoing technical disruptions.

The firm has urged users to check their website for the latest updates and has provided a helpline for those in need of urgent assistance. As of 10 am, around 300 individuals have reported issues with the Hargreaves Lansdown platform, with a significant percentage experiencing problems with the mobile app.

According to Downdetector, the majority of the technical issues reported are related to the app, with users facing challenges logging in and accessing their accounts. Some clients have voiced concerns about the inability to access their pensions and ISAs for an extended period.
