Allwyn, the operator of the National Lottery, acknowledged the login problems and assured customers that they are addressing the issue promptly. Some users expressed frustration over the app’s instability and security concerns.

Fortunately, the login problem has been fixed by the National Lottery team, and the number of reported issues has decreased significantly. As of 10:40 am, only 176 users have reported ongoing problems with the platforms.

Allwyn has issued an apology to affected customers for the inconvenience caused by the app and website issues. The company is actively investigating the login issues and is working to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Users have received error messages indicating issues with the sign-in feature of the app. The National Lottery has been communicating with customers to provide updates and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Technical issues with the National Lottery app and website have been reported across various cities in England, with London, Glasgow, and Bristol being the most affected areas. Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, and Birmingham have also experienced disruptions.

Over 1,600 users have reported problems with the National Lottery today, with the majority facing difficulties using the app, logging in, or accessing the website. Despite the challenges, the National Lottery team is actively working to restore full functionality for all customers.
