Holidaymakers traveling from London Gatwick or Manchester on easyJet flights should take note of recent terminal changes that could affect their travel plans. The budget airline offers a substantial number of flights from London Gatwick Airport, servicing popular destinations like Amsterdam, Barcelona, Budapest, Crete, Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Paris, Prague, and Santorini. Similarly, easyJet operates flights to various locations from Manchester Airport, including Alicante, Athens, Bordeaux, Copenhagen, and Corfu.
As the summer holidays and the May half-term approach, both airports are expected to see a surge in travelers heading abroad. Passengers with easyJet bookings departing from London Gatwick or Manchester need to be aware of these two significant adjustments.
easyJet recently announced a change in terminals at both London Gatwick and Manchester airports. This change could impact travel logistics such as parking or drop-off locations, as travelers often prefer to be close to their departure terminal.
According to easyJet’s update for London Gatwick, starting from March 29, 2026, all easyJet flights at the airport will operate exclusively from the North Terminal for both departures and arrivals. The North Terminal is easily accessible from the South Terminal via a free inter-terminal shuttle service that runs around the clock.
Similarly, for passengers flying from Manchester Airport, easyJet stated that as of November 19, 2025, all flights will depart and arrive at Terminal 2. This adjustment is part of Manchester Airport’s enhancement project aimed at providing improved facilities and a better travel experience.

In a separate update, easyJet alerted customers about potential delays due to the implementation of the European Union’s new Entry/Exit System (EES).
