A drug dealer was seen laughing on a night bus following the fatal stabbing of a university student. Dino Donaldson, 21, was caught on CCTV joking after repeatedly stabbing Anojan Gnaneswaran, 21, at a train station in Twickenham, south west London. Donaldson was also recorded bragging about the stabbing on a doorbell camera. The incident occurred during a fight between two groups of men over a drug deal, resulting in Anojan’s tragic death. The victim, a talented accounting and finance student who excelled in karate, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Donaldson, who was later arrested at his home in west London, was found in possession of crack and heroin worth over £1,000. Following the court verdict, Donaldson was remanded in custody pending sentencing. British Transport Police Det Chief Insp Paul Attwell condemned Donaldson’s actions, expressing sympathy for the victim’s family. Anojan’s family remembered him as a beloved son and brother who was passionate about his studies and sports achievements.
