Football enthusiasts are gearing up to assist in the search for a missing Birmingham City devotee who disappeared following his trip to a match last week.
Paul Pike, a Birmingham City supporter, has been missing since Saturday, March 21, after attending the game at Pride Park against Derby County. The 18-year-old was reportedly seen inside the stadium but was later spotted outside around 12:43 pm.
Supporters of the football club are organizing a search around Pride Park today, as reported by Birmingham Live. They are calling on anyone available to join them in the search, which is scheduled to commence at 12:30 pm outside the West Stand in the parking lot.
In the meantime, Derbyshire Police have issued a plea for any information that could lead to finding the young man.
A police spokesperson stated, “We are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Paul Pike, who had traveled to Derbyshire to attend the Derby County vs Birmingham City match at Pride Park on Saturday.”
“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen Paul or was driving in the Pride Park vicinity with dashcam footage to come forward. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact us referencing the case number 1095 of March 24.”
