In a recent update for fans, Fallon disclosed, “About a month ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer – luckily in its early stages, and the outlook is positive. I had a routine mammogram just before the holiday season, where the radiographer identified a concerning issue, leading to further tests and a biopsy.”
She continued, “Since then, I’ve undergone additional mammograms, biopsies, and an MRI to precisely locate the area of concern. It’s been a challenging journey, but my surgery is scheduled soon, and I’m eager to move forward.”
Fallon expressed gratitude for the care she is receiving and reassured followers that she is staying positive. She mentioned focusing on audiobooks and jigsaw puzzles during her recovery, with humor about her medical team and her own thoughts.
