Shocking pictures reveal a lorry crashing through garden walls, five cars, and demolishing a shed. The incident occurred at approximately 5:50 am this morning on Sheffield Road, Oxspring, where the HGV plowed through stone barriers and caused damage to vehicles.

Photographs depict the lorry coming to a halt in the middle of residents’ gardens. Caroline Lyons, 34, a resident of a semi-detached house on Sheffield Road, credits two parked cars and her neighbor’s shed for preventing further damage to her property.

Fortunately, there were no serious injuries reported, although the lorry driver was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures. Aerial images show the extensive destruction caused by the collision, with the HGV breaching stone walls and causing wreckage in the early hours.

The drone footage captures the lorry resting across multiple gardens after colliding with parked cars, a house, and a substantial shed housing a cherished family boat. South Yorkshire Police noted that the crash also inflicted harm on a wall and an unoccupied building.

Cleanup efforts have commenced following the incident.
