Shane Warne’s son has suggested that the Covid-19 vaccine may have played a role in his father’s fatal heart attack at the age of 52. Warne passed away in March 2022 while vacationing in Thailand.
Following a post-mortem examination that found no signs of foul play, it was determined that he succumbed to a “congenital disease.” The former Australian cricket icon was discovered unresponsive in a villa on Koh Samui island, and attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.
According to a statement by a Thai police spokesperson, an autopsy report attributed his death to natural causes.
During a podcast interview on the 2 Worlds Collide Podcast, Jackson Warne, 26, shared his belief that the Covid-19 vaccine could have been a contributing factor to his father’s death. He expressed discomfort with the handling of his father’s state memorial, suggesting that the government and the vaccine were to blame.
Despite acknowledging Warne’s smoking and drinking habits, Jackson Warne emphasized that his father was in good health before his passing. He mentioned that Shane Warne received multiple vaccine doses against his will due to work requirements.
Reflecting on the situation, Jackson Warne urged for heightened awareness and vigilance in similar scenarios in the future. He speculated that while his father may have eventually faced health issues, the vaccine potentially accelerated the process.
