Allwyn, the operator of the National Lottery, has verified that the jackpot was won by a British player in the recent Tuesday night’s draw. This win ranks as the third largest in the history of the UK National Lottery, with the fortunate player matching all five main numbers and two lucky star numbers to secure £181,073,415.70.

The EuroMillions winning numbers were announced on Tuesday evening, propelling the British winner into a realm of multimillionaires instantaneously. With this win, the ticket holder now surpasses the estimated wealth of singer Adele, who is valued at £170 million.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn, expressed excitement for the fortunate ticket holder and mentioned that a support team will assist them in claiming the prize. The winning EuroMillions numbers for Tuesday were 12, 14, 27, 44, 50, with Lucky Stars 4 and 12. Additionally, the Thunderball winning numbers were announced as 10, 22, 23, 29, 30, with the Thunderball being 12. Following the announcement of the winner, Carter encouraged all ticket holders to carefully check their tickets for a potential win.
